Dr. Suzzana Gratia-Hupp appears before Congress following the 1991 Luby’s Massacre in Killeen, TX. Ms. Gratia-Hupp survived the rampage of an active shooter. Her parents, Al and Ursula Gratia, were murdered. After the events at Luby’s, Ms. Gratia-Hupp fought for the rights of Texans to carry concealed weapons.
